5. D2C (Direct to Consumer)

  • In this model, manufacturers sell their products directly to consumers, without any middleman.
Example:

  • Companies like Mamaearth, Boat sell directly on their brand's website.

6. B2G (Business to Government)

  • In this model, businesses provide services and products to government institutions.
Example:

  • Software companies provide solutions for government portals and systems.
